JORDENEN
MMF V has closed its seventh investment with the takeover of JORDENEN. This was led by the Azulis team within an LBO structure supporting Derek Rohde, its managing director for 10 years and the management team. Gaël de Calan is resigning from his operational responsibilities but remains a minority shareholder and is joining the Supervisory Board.
Jordenen, named best promotional object agency in 2017, is today the French leader in the field of promotional objects. It has structured a corporate offering for major groups or multi-site companies.Jordenen has expanded by carrying out several acquisitions. Developing within a highly fragmented market, which is rapidly becoming professional, it should provide an excellent platform for consolidation. Two small acquisitions were completed just before closing.
Jordenen is largely involved for several years now in an ESG policy, including the signing of the United Nations Global Compact and the adoption of the code of practice from the French federation of promotional objects (2FPCO). Jordenen also conducts social audits on the suppliers of made-to-order products and has a major concern over child labour, and respect for worker’s conditions. The company is ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and Qualiserv certified.

The transaction led by Richard Caron alongside Azulis provided the opportunity to the firm’s team of seven young associates to become shareholders.
